DAN MORRIS’ ANALOGUE BEATS

Taking you on a journey back in time to the dance floors of the 90’s with authentic vinyl mix of house, garage techno and everything in between for your listening delights.

EUROZONE CRISIS

A brief summary of an obsession with 80s and 90s Euro sounds. Italo Disco, Eurodance, Italo House and some global synth sounds folded in.

Ali will be digging through the pile and sharing some of his faves as well as new discoveries, B-sides and anything that warrants a spin. 

Finding Memo

MeMo is a DJ from Cornwall with a passion for underground dance music. Known for her love of jungle and UK Garage, her monthly residency will be filled with it all. She will be sharing the sounds she loves, from old to new, gritty to smooth, and anything that will make you dance! 

THE CRIMPED SHOW

Crimped Records, aka Adam Harris (A.Ralph) and Ryan Hallett (Hallett), is a Cornwall-based collective of DJs, curators and electronic music lovers.

The Crimped show will focus on one or two of their core styles — from house groovers and deep chuggers to downtempo, chillers and more — they will be digging into their collection and exploring different moods and settings across each episode.

Expect a blend of warm, laid-back selections and deeper, more driving moments, with each show built as a flowing, full-spectrum listening experience.

THE DANNY PEART SHOW

With over a decade behind the decks, Danny is known for his tight, groove-led sets that span deep house, minimal, and tech. He’s the founder of Where & When – a series of free parties held in secret beach and forest locations.

Danny’s sound sits firmly in the underground – stripped-back grooves, warm basslines, and subtle textures designed to lock a dancefloor in. His sets are crafted for late-night, heads-down energy, but he’s equally at home playing sunshine-soaked terrace sessions, where he brings a lighter, more playful edge while staying true to his minimal and house roots.

LET’S GO

This show is a deep dive into a 30 year strong record collection.

The premise of the show is to bring to life music that provokes a memory. It’s all about the idea of exploring the intersectionality of music and memories.

Expect a broad mix of house, disco and electronic music. With some downtempo and other random bits thrown in. Pulling in guests and possibly some spoken word too! 

COSMIC BUSINESS

A regular of the Cornwall scene, Dr. Tigz has become a staple of the South West’s underground circuit. Based in Newquay, he’s spent a decade honing a signature sound that bridges the gap between deep, minimal house and the grit of garage and breaks.

Expect a curated journey through the finest house and broken beats, delivered with the precision of a decade behind the decks.

DEEP SOUTH

Louie cut his musical teeth in South Devon, playing in the quirkiest spaces the county has to offer. Infamous 6-hour daytime sets have often transformed idle beer gardens into lively & packed out dance floors. His selections span far and wide across the board, dub, Afro, disco, house, garage, techno and jungle, you name it. He's got it all

Alongside DJing, he runs @deepsouthevents_ and has built the grassroots festival Field of Dreams into something pretty special—an intimate, independent gathering with a seriously good vibe, beautiful setting, and lineups that hit every corner of the spectrum.

7AM SOMEWHERE

Hizzo is a DJ and producer out of Bristol. He’s been making steady movements in the underground club scene across various genres for the past 4 years, now finding his feet playing and promoting a slick combination of tech house, minimal and electro whilst still pulling influence from all sorts of places.

Expect wigged out sleazy beats and stripped back morning beauties.

ALIGNMENTS

Cornwall-raised, Bristol-based selector sharing his taste in all its entirety via the Magic Wall. Expect mostly deep digs of various sub genres of house alongside a plethora of entirely different genres consisting of reggae, soul, funk, pop, rock and whatever else he fancies.

BREAKBEAT PRESSURE

Dedicated to breakbeats, the raw sound of the underground. Welcoming a wide range of genres, underpinned by breaks and bass.

GEAR SANDS’ GALACTIC EXCURSIONS

Gear Sands out on the radio waves. Expect two hours of free-flowing, genre-crossing mixing. Who knows where the sands will blow?

M’Lover has been immersed in local club and festival circuits from a young age. Inspired by the diverse music culture of her hometown and shaped by a decade spent in London’s underground scene, the Devon-born selector has an expansive electronic sound. Expect to blend acid, italo and house into high-energy grooves.

COUPLES THERAPY

Based in Newquay, Roni & Lew take from a broad range of inspiration. From the likes of soulful house, all the way up to hard house and speed garage, variety is the main theme in their sets. Expect anything!

GROUND CONTROL

King Louis has an arsenal of music collected over the years, from playing in bands to running events & DJing. Most of it never sees the light of day, other than the wee hours of an after-party! Expect a wide, sometimes weird, variety of genres, from way back, up to the present day.

RUSTY’S REHAB SESSIONS

From chill 90bpm to high energy 180bpm, Rusty's got you covered. No matter the genre, the deep bass grooves with subtle high-end frequencies stay prominent. His roots are deep in the jungle and drum and bass scene, but he branches out across all styles of electronic music. Be ready for the journey!

THIRSTY THURSDAYS

Expect heavy, gritty selections and late-night pressures. The kind of sound built for smoke-filled rooms and dancefloors that don’t stop!

BIN JUICE

NOPET began exploring DJing during lockdown in 2020, drawing on a lifetime of heavy listening and a genuine curiosity for all flavours of sound. 6 years on, he's been moving dancefloors across the Welsh capital with sets that range from fast, skippy jungle to deep, minimal house, always with an attempt to satisfy the curious-minded. 

More recently, vinyl has become a cornerstone of his approach, with each set woven through with gems dug from the bins of his local record shop, a ritual that keeps his sound rooted and full of happy accidents. 

Each month, NOPET will explore a different corner of the electronic music spectrum from IDM-infused, dub-soaked soundscapes to rolling breaks and thick 4x4 kicks. Each show has its own flavour, its own mood and its own little world.

SOULBLISS SELECTIONS

SoulBliss is the founder of Be Nothing Do Nothing, a community-led underground events platform built around quality music, atmosphere and connection in the South West.

As a selector, his taste moves far beyond the club floor, spanning soulful grooves, left-field electronic sounds, downtempo cuts, deeper house, disco and unexpected gems from further afield.

This monthly selection is a space to explore the records that don’t always fit the dancefloor, but still deserve to be heard.

TOM LECHEF is an up-and-coming UK producer redefining the edges of rave-focused dance music with his sound - 138. This rolling 4x4 style is built at 136-138bpm, blending garage swing, driving house energy, and bass-led underground pressure. Combining the groove of minimal, the attitude of UKG, and the momentum of tech house, his sound has quickly become one of the most distinctive new lanes emerging from the South West UK.

His Friday night broadcast will be exploring the faster, heavier edge of UK garage. Blending house, rave and bass influences around the 138bpm mark, with a focus on unreleased music and emerging artists pushing things forward. 

BEYOND THE PLEASURE PRINCIPLE

Based in West Cornwall, Psychoanalyst, DJ and promoter tomfromhelston has been quietly crafting his sound deep in the West Country, building a thriving local scene and following around his co-run night ‘Where The Wild Things Are’. 

Inspired by more underground styles of European house and techno and DJs who revel in the slow burn, Tom’s show ‘Beyond The Pleasure Principle’ is a nod to his Freudian roots, a sonic unconsciousness for the outsider, of low slung, chuggy, widdy, grubby business.

ZEPHYR HI FI

After a 15-year sabbatical from performing out, Nik decided he missed driving around the county to play records for a free beer. 

An OG from the 90s, promoter, DJ, producer, he regularly played the long-lost legendary clubs The Shire, Bowgie, and the Bosuns. 

Deep House, garage, and techno, soulful and melodic, his favourite thing is finding and sharing new music.

The first instalment from the wax boys takes us through some 80’s boogie with some electro elements, subtle authentic sounding edits and a nod to brit funk.

A LIFETIME ON THE HIPS

“A Lifetime on the Hips” digs through the record bags and stories of music lovers who spend their time chasing the dancefloor, listening to the records that shaped them. Stories, dusty classics, and the occasional wobbler.

ATMOSPHERIC REENTRY

South London, early 90s, electro, hip-hop, funk, house, then jungle in '94 and that was that. Cornwall-based since 2005, and thirty-plus years in he's still digging for the thread that connects it all.

Atmospheric Reentry is a monthly journey through sound, starting weightless in the ambient outer reaches before burning back through jazz, soul, hip-hop, techno and beyond. Each show builds like re-entry itself - slow and floating, before picking up speed until you're back on solid ground for the second half of the show, which goes deep into a themed genre dive. Past missions have explored the influence of different regional sounds and pivotal club nights in the heart of emerging 90s jungle and drum & bass.

A X THE TRACKS

Prior to relocating to Cornwall Steve played out his musical apprenticeship dancing and listening across club nights and underground parties in the Midlands and the North as the acid house scene blossomed.

His journey began, buying records and upon moving to the States in his early 20s met long time DJ and well respected selector Ray Velasquez.

Fast forward to a life in Cornwall in early 2000s and Easylife was born with long time hometown friend Dean 'Breaky' Breakwell who followed from the Midlands.

20years on and E.S.A have held residencies across Cornwall, host their annual WAX ON parties and appeared at various Festivals across the SW playing alongside some local and international legends.

A X the Tracks will delve deep into the vinyl vaults of Steve's collection crossing chillout, balearic, dub, latin, afro, funk, disco, house, breaks and drum & bass.

HARBOUR COVE

Ryan is a self-confessed music nerd from Manchester now residing in Cornwall via Bristol. He is also a former resident on Bristol's Noods Radio and more recently on the community-based Love Will Save the Day FM. 

This show will aim to be a refuge and protection from the storms in the open water and back on land. Expect ambient/experimental sounds leaning into deep dubby business maybe with the odd techno roller.

IMPACT SLANTED

A closet DJ from early belt driven turntables and bad sampler mixers. Marty has always had a massive passion for anything funky and that makes you want to dance. When everyone was raving downstairs, he was upstairs with the soul. Discogs has allowed him to find the records he always really wanted but couldn’t find. Rather than down the local record store trying to hum a beat after the Friday night with an awkward glazing stare from behind the alter. Now he gets to share all of that with you.
